Report suspected fraud, suspicious messages, possible unauthorised access or misuse of personal information to +27 64 552 2816 or admin@acrusure.co.za for the attention of Tilly Horn. Where email itself may be compromised, use the known telephone number rather than replying to a suspicious message.
Explain what happened, when you noticed it and how we can contact you. Preserve relevant messages or screenshots, but do not send passwords, one-time PINs or unnecessary sensitive documents.
Our response
We assess reports, take appropriate containment and recovery steps, preserve relevant evidence and obtain technical or compliance assistance where needed. Regulatory or affected-person notifications are made where legally required.
Remote working and alternative communication routes support essential servicing during disruption. Recovery depends on the event and any affected external providers; we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. This public notice does not replace the internal Cyber Security Policy, Incident Response Plan or Business Continuity Plan.
