POPIA Notice and Consent

When you ask Acrusure to provide a quotation, advice, policy servicing or claims assistance, we need relevant personal information to respond. Acrusure CC is responsible for our processing. Tilly Horn is our Information Officer; contact admin@acrusure.co.za or +27 64 552 2816.

What the notice covers

Information may be used and shared with relevant insurers, underwriting managers, authorised service providers and technology providers for the requested insurance services and other lawful purposes described in our Privacy Policy. This may include cloud-based and AI-assisted processing.

Your choices

Not all processing relies on consent. Where consent is required, the particular purpose must be explained and an affirmative choice obtained. Consent to personal-information processing, agreement to a broker fee and optional marketing consent are separate matters.

Consent for consent-based processing may be withdrawn by contacting the Information Officer. Withdrawal does not remove a separate legal duty to retain records or process information. Our Privacy Policy explains access, correction, objection and complaint rights.

Client acknowledgement

“I acknowledge that Acrusure has made its Privacy Policy available to me and explained how to raise a privacy enquiry. I understand that information will be processed for the requested service and the lawful purposes described in that notice. Where separate consent is required, I will be asked to make that choice.”

This acknowledgement records receipt of the notice. It is not blanket consent, marketing consent or a waiver of rights.
